Families are so important for so many reasons, and most of the time our families are the people who love us and support us in day to day life. But can also be easy to forget to put time and energy into family life, we are all busy people and they are just always there so it’s fine, right?
Maybe not.
Smartphones have bought with them an amazing number of very cool benefits. We can stay in touch with each other more easily, and perhaps even more more meaningfully if we are using video calls to see each other. They save us time by letting us do things online that we previously would have had to drive to a physical location for, and they generally allow us to organise our lives. But with the good comes the not so good. Sometimes we can get so caught up in the (truly) amazing things that we can do with out phones that we might inadvertently forget to put time into other, arguably much more important, things. Like being a good family member.
Here’s a great little video about being just that.
